CHICKEN TINOLA

Ingredients
 5 servings
1/2 kg chicken
1 small ginger (cut into strips)
1 head onion (chopped)
3 clove garlic (pitted or chopped)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 chicken broth cubes
1 small green papaya/unripe papaya (cut into wedges)
10 siling labuyo leaves (chili pepper)
1 liter water


Procedure: 
1. Prepare the needed ingredients.
2. Sautee garlic,ginger and onion.
3. Add the chicken meat and cook until brown.
4.Pour fish sauce.
5. Add 1L water and simmer for 5-10mins. 
6. Then add the green papaya, bring to a boil until the papaya is cook.
7. Add chicken broth cube, salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Add the chili leaves. 
9. Simmer again for another 3-5mins. 
10. Make sure that veggies are not overcook to retain the nutrients from it.
