VEGETABLE EGG DROP SOUP

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 Liters Water

1 medium Onion (white), finely chopped

1 medium Carrot, finely chopped

1 Celery, chopped

3 Large Eggs, beaten

¼ tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

1 Chicken broth cubes

½ cup Cornstarch (dilute in ½ cup water

 

 


 

PROCEDURE:

 

1. Prepare all the needed tools and materials needed for cooking.

2. In a pot, pour 4 pints or 2 liters of Water and bring to boil.

3. Finely chopped onions, carrots and celery.

4. Beat 3 eggs and set aside.

5. In a boiling water, add the chopped vegetables.

6. Add salt, pepper and broth cubes.

7. Dilute cornstarch with water and add it into the boiling water and let it simmer.

8. Gradually add beaten eggs.
