4 Large Tilapia
1/2 Cup Vinegar - (preferred Apple Cider Vinegar for Low-Carb practitioner.
1/4 Cup Water
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
Small Chopped White Onion
4 Long Green Chilis
Salt (preferred Himalayan for Low-Carb practitioner)
✨Side of Scrambled Eggs
Procedure:
